hagymán megpirítom a gombát (lehet konzerves is, akkor a "tojásfázis" előtt teszem az edénybe), közben fűszerezem, ahogy tetszik.
hozzáadom a darált/kockára vágott húst, vizet öntök hozzá. ha a hús késznek tekinthető, hozzáadom a közben megfőtt, megpucolt és nagyobb darabokra vágott tojást. (mustárral és) tejszínnel bőségesen meglocsolom, h legyen szaftja. felforralom és kész :)
